Welcome to the educonf website
educonf is the new development activity that has created coordination and support tools for European higher-education and research videoconference and Voice over IP (VoIP) services. The main focus of educonf is to support international level VoIP and videoconferencing services by co-ordinating between National Research and Education Network (NREN) real-time service groups. At the same time the project is aimed at education and research networkers throughout Europe, in universities, research institutions and higher-education organizations. This website informs you about educonf, its goals, the services offered and the technology in use.
